The PRO speed and agility training set lets you run whole sessions from one set of kit. The set come complete with 10 Quickplay agility poles, 20 slotted cones, 5 bungee cords, and a free carry bag. With this you can create a whole host of training scenarios.
Base Weights for Astroturf / Indoor Pitches
The included base weights allow you to put up training equipment on hard surfaces such as AstroTurf and indoor pitches. This gives you unlimited flexibility in how you use the equipment during your sessions.
10 Hurdles
When combining the 20 cones and the 10 agility poles you can create 10 training hurdles, ideal for footwork drills and hopping drills. Our unique slotted cone design allows the cones to compress if trod on, preventing damage to the cone.
Speed Slalom Poles
The agility poles can be used to create slalom courses, with or without the ball to practice control and changes of directions. They can also be used for practice football goal posts.
Barriers and Nets Using Bungee Cord and Poles
The durable bungee cords allow you to create football tennis nets, perfect for training precision touch and accuracy. They can be assembled to create a jumping / ducking obstacle course for training and agility. They can also be used as crowd barriers during matches.
